Mobile DNA Appointments

Once an appointment is confirmed and payment is made:

  • Appointments may be rescheduled with reasonable notice

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be refundable

  • Missed appointments may be non-refundable

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible.

DNA Test Kits (Delivered Kits)

Due to the nature of DNA testing services:

  • Test kits are non-refundable once dispatched

  • Returned kits must be unused and unopened to be considered for a refund

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

Laboratory Testing

Once samples have been collected and/or sent to the laboratory:

  • No refunds can be issued, as the testing process has begun

Incorrect or Incomplete Information

Is is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate information.

Delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect details may not be refundable.

Exceptional Circumstances

We aim to be fair and reasonable. Refunds or adjustments may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
